We’re thrilled to announce that the 2025 Cincinnati International Wine Festival will take place at the Freestore Foodbank’s new Community Resource and Distribution Center, located just 10 minutes from Downtown Cincinnati at 3401 Rosenthal Way on the Frank and Conny Gerson Campus.

Transportation Information

CIWF encourages everyone to enjoy the festival responsibly. Please prioritize safety and responsibility and utilize the provided shuttle service, ride share, or carpooling to reduce traffic and ensure a smoother experience.

Limited parking is available on-site.Lot attendants will be on-site to direct traffic.

Plan Ahead

Designate a Driver: If you're attending with a group, choose a friend to get everyone home safely. Designated Driver tickets and non-alcoholic options are available.

Use Shuttle Services: Convenient shuttle services will be available to and from the event. Executive Transport Shuttles will run continuously from The Westin Hotel (21 E 5th St, Cincinnati, OH 45202, located at the corner of Vine St. near Fountain Square.)

Friday, March 7 schedule: continuously 9:00 am – 10:00 pm
Saturday, March 8 schedule: continuously 10:30 am - 9:30 pm

Use Ride Share Services: Consider using ride share apps like Uber, Lyft, or local taxi services for a hassle-free ride to and from the event. Plan ahead by scheduling your ride in advance or setting a reminder to arrange transportation before the event ends
