Join the Cincinnati International Wine Festival for the annual Russ Wiles Memorial Golf Tournament, an exclusive networking event for professionals in the adult beverage industry. This high-energy, relationship-driven event brings together top-tier distributors, suppliers, brand representatives, and hospitality leaders for a full day of golf, camaraderie, and doing good while having fun.
This exciting event will take place on Monday, October 5, 2026, beginning at 8:00 a.m., at Four Bridges Country Club (8300 Four Bridges Drive, Liberty Township, OH 45044) AND Heritage Club (6690 Heritage Club Dr, Mason, OH 45040). These premier golf courses are just a 3-minute drive apart.

tee gifts
The RWM Golf Tournament is pleased to offer each player the opportunity to select their own tee gifts.
Each foursome will receive $1,500 in tee gifts, and each twosome will receive $750, equivalent to $375 in gift credit per player to spend on a RWM Golf Tournament tee gift site. The site will open on August 1, 2026, and remain open through September 1, 2026. All gifts will be shipped directly to each player’s home. Please contact the Cincinnati International Wine Festival at sgagnon@winefetival.com for access to the tee gift site.
Please note that if a player on your team withdraws after placing their gift order, we are unable to provide additional gifts for a replacement player. If a player misses the tee gift order window (August 1–September 1), they may pick up a $375 gift card at the pro shop on the day of the tournament at their assigned course.

Course Assignments
Course assignments will be decided by the CIWF RWM Golf Committee. Once assigned, CIWF will email assignments to each registered player on the team.
Check in
On the morning of the tournament, each golfer will check in with the volunteers at the front desk of their assigned courses.
Closing Celebration
All participants will gather for one closing reception beginning at 3:00 p.m.
Golf Clubs
Please bring your golf clubs if you plan to play in the tournament. Heritage Club and Four Bridges Country Club will not have clubs available for you to rent.
Flying with Clubs: Most airlines allow passengers to check one golf bag as a standard item of checked baggage, if equipment is contained safely and meets the size requirement (typically less than 50 pounds).
Shipping Your Clubs: You may also choose to ship your clubs directly to your course using a private company like Ship Sticks.
Renting Clubs: You may consider renting and shipping clubs directly through Get Clubs.

The AC Hotel in Liberty Township is the closest hotel to both courses. CIWF has negotiated a group room rate that will be available beginning May 4. When making your reservations, please reference the Russ Wiles Memorial Golf Tournament to secure the best rate.

Rules and Regulations
Per our temporary liquor permit, all servers of alcoholic beverages must be TIPS certified. If you need help staffing your booth(s), please contact Sarah Gagnon at sgagnon@winefestival.com.
Timeline
8:00 a.m.: Beverage service begins at the clubhouse hospitality station.
9:45 a.m.: Beverage service begins at course hospitality stations #1 and #2.
Servers should arrive one hour before serving begins.
Product shipment & delivery
Golf course assignments will be announced in August. Please plan to have product shipped directly to your assigned course.
You may deliver product to Heritage Club (6690 Heritage Club Dr, Mason, OH 45040) and Four Bridges Country Club (8300 Four Bridges Drive, Liberty Township, OH 45044) on Friday, October 2 at 12:00 p.m.
If you need to have product delivered to the CIWF office instead, you may ship it to the CIWF office (3716 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45207) no later than Friday, September 25 at 12:00 p.m.
Materials
Your course will provide one 6-foot or 8-foot table per sampling station and ice. Course staff will drop product at your station. Please consider bringing a branded tent and/or linens to enhance visibility.
